Our company Neil Pryde Limited was founded in Hong Kong September 1970 as a joint venture between Mr. Neil Pryde and Swedish partners.The business of the company was to manufacture sails for yacht builders and in the next three years the company became the world's largest supplier of sails to yacht builders.
In 1990, Neil Pryde Limited moved its manufacturing facilities from Hong Kong into the People's Republic of China with a new purpose built facility in Bao An occupying 260,000 square foot and employing more than 2,000　people. In 1997, due to the rapid development of General Sports Division, we set up new branch in Sha Jiang for General Sports Accessory products.
