BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

- Manage existing customer account in all activities from NPI to EOL and work with internal departments to meet customer's needs. Drive maximum customer satisfaction with minimum operational costs.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- To manage customer product/programs throughout the product life cycle

- Contact window for customers for both commercial and technical issues

-Monitor accounts AR, OTD , Quality / Cost performance

- Quarterly QBR performance

- Focal point for all customer issues

- Monthly revenue performance

- Manage accounts excessive inventory and claim E&O in punctual manner

- Communicate internally of customer expectations

- CFT leadership performance

- Profit and risk management. Basic financial understanding to drive accounts P&L

Dimensions / Scope

- Follow up the project from customers from NPI to EOL

- Account P&L owner

Interaction / Relationship

- Good English communication skills.

Leadership & Influence (For supervisory level and above)

- Leadership to lead CFT team and provide instructions to complete tasks

Education

- Bachelor degree,  

- Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of oral and written English

Experience or skills required

- At least 10 years program management experience in electronic factory. Automotive field is preferred.

-Familiar with PCBA manufacturing/testing process/sheet metal /automotive process  is an advantage

-EMS background is a must

- Good English reading, writing and speaking

- Have financial knowledge for account P&L

-  Have the sense of urgency and priority . Good concept of risk management .

Specialised training or skills required

-Basic computer knowledge (eg. Word, Excel, Power Point , Microsoft Project)

- Measure by completeness of KPI missions
