Job Description
Procurement and project management of all POSM products
Managing the daily tracking and analysis of production requirements, ensuring that this data is communicated regularly to the Account Manager
Full understanding of POS print and delivery processes providing technical input as required
Ensure all client Service Levels (SLAs) are met
Attends supplier meetings and manages the relationship
Manage relationships with clients, their perceptions and expectations
Owns, investigates and resolves customer complaints and reports findings to the client, their Account Manager and to the Operations Manager
The Successful Applicant
Experience in a similar print procurement or print management environment with at least 3 years managing retail POS projects
Sound knowledge of POS products
Fluent in the Country (of operation) language, written and spoken, and English
Excellent client facing and customer service skills, service minded
Ability to build relationships and develop new business
Experience of working in an environment where priorities are constantly changing
Focus on project management, timely delivery and achievement of Key Performance Indicators
Excellent attention to detail, organised
