Responsibilities:
1.Determines project scope, develops a preliminary plan of investigation, and determines project specifications such as cost, time, and sample requirements by analyzing client input, available supplemental data, and product construction. Projects may include travel to conduct or witness tests at client sites.
2.Follows up on contacts from clients. Communicates with clients to discuss technical issues, explain TÜV SÜD procedures and requirements, convey project cost, and negotiate completion date and sample requirements. Acts to address client concerns and to resolve client issues. Provides technical assistance to clients in reference to factory inspection services.
3.Establishes appropriate test programs by reviewing files and manufacturer's information, examining samples, and applying US and/or Canadian requirements. Is familiar with applicable standards, company manuals and appropriate technical literature. Examines samples for compliance with US and/or Canadian requirements and notifies client of any areas in which the product is not in compliance or of any changes in project scope or specifications.
4.Coordinates laboratory activities by preparing data sheets and instructions to testing engineers, scheduling and reviewing work of testing engineers, and establishing completion dates. Coordinates administrative aspects of project management.
5.Prepares project files according to TÜV SÜD procedures and requirements.  Keeps record of communications with client on important discussions and issues. 
6.Communicates project status and results to clients regularly.
7.Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.
8.Performs other duties as directed.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering preferred
2.Minimum 3 years of direct experience of working in conformity assessment industry with related experience in safety testing
3.Proficiency in English and very good written and verbal skills
4.Strong focus on customer satisfaction, flexibility and creative
5.Self-motivated, confident and calm personality, perform well under pressure
6.Willingness to travel
