Job Requirement:

1. Good reading and written English

2. Good/broad understanding of SPS design process, familiar with SPS engineering procedures

3. Deep/good/broad understanding of power/magnetic/analog/ digital/software design for SPS 

4. Deep/good/broad understanding of SPS standards/criterions

5. Knowledge of UL/IEC Safety Compliance. 

6. Knowledge of EMC/EMI Compliance and skilled experience on solving the EMC/EMI issue

7. Knowledge of Low cost / high quality component vendors and parts.

8. Knowledge of high mix and high volume manufacturing techniques.

9. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

   
   

Job Responsibility:

1.  Responsible for power supply product design, mainly focus on analog circuit, digital circuit and magnetic design

2. Work with team to solve any issue from design and verification stage

3. Design drawing,document, DVT report preparation and review

4. Establish and maintain the detailed product develoment schedule

5. Deal with the EQ from supplier or others department

6. Provide technical support for existing product in production line

7. Provide technical support for sales and Interface with customer on key technical issues

8. Support electrical, mechnical and magnetic alternative parts quanlification
