Responsibility:

Responsible for the reliability qualification of SMPS power projects

Oversee reliability and customer test activities from Kick off to DVT exit.

Become the front end contact point with Customer engineers

Support DOE, Post-Qual, ORT test programs

Managing the test personnel on site and conduct training

Managing the Test resource and gears to meet NPI schedule

Attend to the NPI, Design and customer meeting/conf. call, even at night times

Review the test plan, test data and approve reports

Review FA data and design corrective action, verify solution

Report and resolve the technical issue in Reliability test teams

Train up the staff to handle the power supply test projects

Willing to work nightshift and work at weekend per project needs

Willing to travel to factories and suppliers for Technical support

Strong in English, spoken and written

Strong problem solving skills and capable to work under pressure

Complete other job arranged by supervisor

 Requirement:

 Good communication Skills, CET 4 or above;

 Bachelor holder or above in EE;

 8 years or above working experience in Power Supply industry;

 Familiar with environmental, mechanical and reliability test;

 Essential reliability & management skill.
