岗位职责：

Test system 测试系统：
1 Involve in company’s global test system work, and coordinate test resource in test lab globally;
参与公司全球测试系统工作并协调全球实验室的测试资源；
2 Contribute to external/internal lab system accreditation standardization & consistency between all labs globally;
致力于全球实验室外部/内部实验室认证标准化和一致性；
3 Accomplish each test items' preparation and Open Issue List (OIL) communication from Test Request delivery to test start based on data base.
依据测试技术数据库，从测试申请生成到测试开始阶段，完成每一项测试的准备和开放问题沟通。
Test development 测试开发：
1 Involve in global test development work and implement test/task automation projects in test lab globally for continuous improvement;
参与全球测试开发工作并在全球实验室施行测试/任务自动化项目，以推进公司持续改进。
2 Know well EMC / RA / System test/task procedures, test/task schedule and work flow in Lab.
熟悉实验室电磁兼容/可靠性/体系测试/任务步骤、排期日程和工作流程。
3 Review and sign for EMC / RA test procedure and preparation before all test starts, for test log after all test finish, and feedback suggestion for corrections & prevention in time.
审阅并签署测试前准备的电磁兼容/可靠性测试步骤和相关文件，测试后记录单，及时反馈改进措施和预防措施。
4 Lead new test development, test debug, test automation, new product research and project implementation.
主导新测试开发、测试整改、测试自动化、新产品研究及其项目实现。
Others其他：
1 Lead and carry out daily patrol in test site, and feedback suggestion for corrections & prevention in time to increase test efficiency, test accuracy.
负责并执行实验室场地巡查，及时反馈改进措施和预防措施，提高测试效率和测试准确性；
2 Lead test FMEA and accomplish 3min test setup and transfer for all items in test site.
主导并推进测试失效模式分析项目，完成3分钟快速搭建项目，并推广到所有测试场地。
3 Arrange, follow and review team work; deal with difficulty and problem in time to ensure team work output 100% within due date.
安排，跟进并审阅组内工作进度，及时处理组内遇到的困难和问题，保证团队工作任务按期100%完成。
4 Responsible for technical training and system training for employees; evaluate team member’s KPI and IDP progress.
负责员工的技术和体系培训；评估组员的绩效和个人发展计划进度。
5 Support laboratory Manager for A2LA/ GM/ Ford/IEC/GP10 and so on accreditation according to ISO 17025
依据ISO 17025支持实验室经理完成A2LA/ GM/ Ford/IEC/GP10等的认证审核。

任职资格:
1 Master degree or above, major in engineering, such as electromechanical, electrical, electronics, communication, information technology, automation, instrument science, etc. .
硕士研究生或以上学历，工程相关专业，如：机电、电气、电子、通信、信息技术、自动化、仪器科学等。
2 Familiar with and well operate reliability or EMC test equipment.
熟悉并熟练操作可靠性或电磁兼容测试设备。
3 At least three years work experience in automotive or parts testing, setups and verification.
拥有至少三年汽车或汽车电子零部件测试、搭建和检验工作经验。
4 Familiar with globally all Automotive OEMs’ parts EMC and reliability test specification.
熟悉全球各汽车制造厂的零部件EMC和可靠性测试标准。
5 Great English on reading, writing and speaking. TOEFL ≥90 (preferred).
熟练的英语阅读，书写和对话能力。托福≥90（优先）.
6 iNARTE EMC Test Engineer certificate (preferred);
iNARTE电磁兼容测试工程师证书（优先）；
7 IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, IPC-TM-650 certificate (preferred);
IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610证书（优先）；
8 6 Sigma Green Belt (preferred);
6Sigma管理绿带证书（优先）；
9 PCB AD Design Advanced (preferred);
PCB AD设计高级（优先）；
10 ISO 17025 internal auditor,IATF 16949 internal auditor,ISO 14001 internal auditor,OHSAS 18001 internal auditor (preferred);

11 LabVIEW Core I/II/III and Advance (preferred);
LabVIEW核心课程I/II/III和高级（优先）；
12 Computer/Software: Excel, Word.

13 Able to work under the high pressure and willing to cooperate with team, learn more and make progress.

14 Multitasking to improve capacity and timing due to emergencies to ensure the lowest possible level of interruption in the flow of testing.
基于多任务处理方法改善提高测试能力处理相关紧急事件,并把测试中断的可能性降到最小。
