Position Summary:
The position will support Project Manager to manage projects from enquiry to production launch, and track project tasks/status as well resolve schedule conflicts.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the new projects launch or follow up on existing projects, including project timeline planning, material planning, etc.
Manage Customer Focus Team (CFT), review meetings and maintain meeting status records for projects
Keep track of project development and product costing to meet timeline
Order and manage prototype materials and delivery
Be responsible for project documentation and database management
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Engineering
2 years or above experience in project coordination/management with manufacturing / engineering industry
Good communication and interaction skill is required
Able to work independently and handle projects under tight deadlines
Self-motivated and self-disciplined, prudential and positive attitude
Good command of English and Mandarin
