岗位职责：

Planning, developing and coordinating all the electronic related testing activities

计划，开发和协调所有与电子相关的测试；

Lead the electronic testing teams to conduct the tests in an accurate and efficient way to cope with the schedules for multiple active projects

领导电子测试团队准确高效的执行测试，以应对多个运行项目的日程；

Ensure the test conditions, methods and acceptance criteria are following exactly according to the international standards and customer’s specific requirements

确保测试条件，方法和接收标准是按照国际标准和客户的具体要求执行的；

Failure analysis and develop the proper solution together with the design team to fulfill the internal standards and customer’s specific requirements

与设计团队一起进行故障分析和开发正确的解决方案，以满足内部标准和客户的具体要求；

Evaluation and implementation of suitable solution for test equipment, measurement system and their hardware & software integration according to the specific requirements

根据具体要求，对测试设备，测量系统及其硬件和软件集成进行评估和实施合适的解决方案；

Maintain, follow up and continuous improvement for the quality system developed in the verification laboratory

对验证实验室执行的质量体系进行维护，跟踪和持续改进；

任职要求：

Education/学历：Associate or Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering

Language/语言：Bilingual (English and Chinese)

Experience & skill/经验、技能：

Hand-on experience in SMPS testing with strong theoretical knowledge in Electronic Functional Parameters & Performance, Safety, EMC, Environmental, Reliability, etc.

具有开关电源测试的实践经验，在电性参数/电路及产品性能，安规，EMC，环境及可靠性测试方面具有较强的理论分析能力；

Well understanding of international standards for Safety, EMC, Energy Efficiency, etc.

深入理解安规，EMC，能效等方面的国际标准；

 Strong interpersonal skills with good communication, cooperation and coordination internally and externally among cross functional teams, customers and suppliers.

较强的人际交往能力及团队合作精神，能够与跨部门团队，客户及供应商保持良好的沟通与协调合作机制；

Excellent leadership skills to lead a big team to organize well and complete the tasks in the specified time frame

优秀的领导能力，能够有效的组织整个团队在规定的时间内完成各种任务

Ability to work under high pressure with minimum supervision
