Job Description:

Work up front with the customer to ensure a diagnosable and testable product with DTF report tool.
• effectiveness on customer communication through the e-mail and conference call for any testing relates
• Develop and maintain test specifications and documentation like TEP, WI,TQCI and etc.
• Familiar all TE project procedure like NPI, ECO. Drive CFT following the procedure straightly.
• Verify initial products and identify manufacturability, testability, design and process deficiencies
• Support and identify process improvements without sacrificing quality
• Analyze and improve test yields with GR&R, CPK report tools.
• Analyze and resolve test rejects and other system related NDF or valid failures.
• Ensure preventative maintenance is performed with tracking system update and equipment uptime is improved.
• Develop cost effective methods for testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. All this start with follow proper RFQ, buy-off procedure.
• Develop test and diagnostic programs with own skill or leverage BU or common resource.
• Effectively forecast test spare/EDM part, usage monitor, drive for cost and usage improvement.
• Tester capacity review to meet line load balancing. Improve tester utilization.
• Drive for test KOI in weekly basic.
• Test crew multitask skill cross training plan execution.
• 5S maintenance on test area daily.
• Progressively participate in Kaizen activity and certified LGB when assigned.
• Lead cross project test activity.
• Provide leadership/mentorship to junior Engineers.

Job Requirement:

1. Min associate college in electonic,computer,automation,Electrical & Communications
2. Minimum 5 years working experiences in the product testing field
3. Fluent in both Chinese & English (both in spoken and written), communication with customer in oral English is necessary.
4. Proficient in one of programming language (TestStand + Labview will be preferred)
5. Be familiar with Electrical product manufacturing flow (SMT+Assembly+Test)
6. Be able to handle product different stages(Prototype build/DVT/EVT/PVT/Mass production) and good understanding on the corresponding control points
7. Good understanding on the data analysis and be able to implement MSA analysis for testers
8. Leadership on the small test team for daily supporting and operation (1~2 Engs + 3~5 Technicians)
9. Be able to support internal & External audit
10. Good test knowledges on the Wireless products(WIFI/Bluetooth/ZigBee/DECT etc) and intruments operation (Spectrum analyzer/signal generator/Network analyszer etc)
11. Give priority to the one who has R&D test experience on Wireless products
