Responsibility:

1.  To support all mechanical related activities, including mechanical design, mechanical design verification tests, Failure Analysis(FA) support, factory DFM review, factory build support and the like;

2.  Response to product technical problems;

3.  Support customer requested evaluation and tests;

4.  Actively participate and drive continuous improvements;

5.  Required to work along with other colleagues at different company locations;

6.  Conduct test according to plan accurately within requested timelines;

7.  Generate technical reports within expected schedules, able to handle test fixture design and construction;

Requirement:

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics or above;

2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in related industry;

3. Understands English instruction well, acceptable written English;

4. Good understanding of test principles and correct ways of setting up experiments;

5. Understands the operation of most mechanical machinery;

6. Problem solving skills. Hands-on ability to solve production line problems in an effective and efficient way.

7. Good knowledge on CAD/CAM system, proficiency in Creo Parametric or Solidworks software;

8. Knowledge of NX CAD software would be a plus;

9. Proficient in Microsoft Office software;

10.Teamwork skills and collaborative skills.Listen and respect different opinions from multifunctional team members.

11. Able to work under pressure and expect to work   overtime and shifts.
