职位描述

Responsibilities: (No punctuation for phrases below)

  • Employee relation – initiate face-to-face communication with employees to collect feedback and suggestions, relating to work, company policy, management and etc. 

  • Management review - conduct periodic meetings with management to review all kinds of issues

  • Staff recruitment – work with user departments to acquire best fit candidates

  • Employee retention – take all possible actions to reduce employee turnover

  • Disciplinary case – handle disciplinary issues or complaints independently

  • Emergency case – help to handle emergency cases in terms of injuries, accidents etc.

  • Reports – Compile various reports to management

  • Employee activities – provide assistance on all kinds of employee activities

  • Special tasks – perform special tasks assigned by immediate supervisor

  •  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above in Human Resources management or related disciplines

  • Familiar with various HR modules

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good selection and interview skills

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Maintain harmonious and positive attitude with people at different levels

  • Good in oral and written English

  •
