Employee relation – initiate face-to-face communication with employees to collect feedback and suggestions, relating to work, company policy, management and etc.
Management review - conduct periodic meetings with management to review all kinds of issues
Staff recruitment – work with user departments to acquire best fit candidates
Employee retention – take all possible actions to reduce employee turnover
Disciplinary case – handle disciplinary issues or complaints independently
Emergency case – help to handle emergency cases in terms of injuries, accidents etc.
Reports – Compile various reports to management
Employee activities – provide assistance on all kinds of employee activities
Special tasks – perform special tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements:
Bachelor or above in Human Resources management or related disciplines
Familiar with various HR modules
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good selection and interview skills
Able to work under pressure
Maintain harmonious and positive attitude with people at different levels
Good in oral and written English
