1、从收到客人订单到出货期间的订单管理。
Order administration and management from receiving customers' orders to shipment.
2、将客人需求信息传递给内部部门并跟进公司的反馈信息给客人。
Liaising customers' requests to internal team members and follow up internal feedback to customers.
3、采取适当措施推进内部成员之间的协助以满足客人订单以及需求。
Coordinating and tightening co-operation of internal team members for fulfilling customers' orders and requests in timely manner.
4、对任何影响成品/项目成本或者项目/产品交货期的项目范围内的更改活动持续跟进。
Keeping track any activities changing project scope affecting product cost/project cost and scheduling of project/orders.
5、紧密跟进订单/项目状况,及时地跟客人沟通。
Closely following up order status / project status and providing timely communication with customers.
6、在产品不同阶段例如:报价,预订购到订单完成等,对项目和产品的成本进行核算。
Project and product cost calculation in different stages, such as RFQ stage, NPI stage, pre-ordering till order completion stages, etc.
7、持续跟进项目/产品的成本并提供报价单给客人。
Keeping track up-dated project / product costing and providing quotation to customers.
8、协助财务部门跟进客人付款事项。
Coordinating with Finance Department for payment issues.
9、提供必要的部门的以及跟客人相关的报告。
Preparing required departmental and customer accounts reports.
10、履行ISO系统要求。
Fulfilling ISO system requirements.
11、处理上级交办的其他事宜。
Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
任职要求:
1、大专以上学历。
College or above.
2、3年以上生产制造行业国际客服或跟单相关工作经验。
Above 3 years relative work experience about international customer service and order management in manufacture company.
3、英语听说读写流利。
Fluent in English reading and speaking.
