Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive and reply the test inquiry from clients
- Prepare and deliver offer to clients.
- Collect test information from clients and testing team to prepare the offers
- Contact the clients to understand any testing or document preparation issue to meet the TAT for clients.
- Testing site booking and confirm it with clients.
- Follow-up project orders, from opening project drafting till payment collection.
- Handling the project which is subcontracted to other lab for complete final tests.
- Keep the clients informed of the test result and work closely with the test team to prepare the regular test status follow up for clients
- Send testing report, certificate (if any), sample (if any) and invoices to clients.
- Monitoring the samples status from login sample room to testing team
- Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure projects’ process smoothly.
- Internal communicate with different departments to accelerate project process.
- Collect market information and to monitor the clients’ orientation.(If applicable)
- To attend operation meeting with engineering team to follow project status,
- Follow the company internal quality system and adhere to BV CPS quality requirements
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong communication skills & coordination abilities.
- A good command of English in writing and speaking.
- Good team player and able to work under pressure.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.
- College Degree in Engineering/ Business Management / Language.
- Related customer service experience is preferred; in same field is a plus.
- Good knowledge of English.
