Summary:

Responsible for the product engineering & management duties, such as making component and assembly drawings, BOM, engineering changes and other documents, analysis and cost estimations, cost reduction and improvement of the existing products, component or product transfer and localization, new product design, to meet the market and customer requirements.

 Connectors and cable assemblies knowledge is must.

         负责产品的设计和管理，比如：产品结构设计、装配图、BOM的建立及管理、工程变更、产品成本分析及降低、现有产品的改善、新产品的转移及本地化、满足市场及客户的需求。

必须具备连接器和线束装配的工作经验

日常的工作内容

Perform product engineering duties, component and assembly drawings, BOM, product system data, engineering changes, other engineering documents etc.

完成产品工程的职责,零件及装配图纸、物料清单、产品系统维护、工程变更、其他的一些工程文件管理等；

Solve product, documentation and quality problems;

解决日常的一些产品问题、文件维护及品质问题；

Cost estimations of product and processes;

产品成本的评估及流程跟进；

Perform other engineering duties, such as analysis, FMEA, design review, VBPD, sample making & approval, CPAR, product localization, improvement & cost reduction, RoHS compliance etc.

按时完成其它产品工程师职责，比如：有限元分析、失效模式与影响分析，产品检查，样品制作，零件承认书,产品本地化，产品改进&降低成本，RoHS符合等等；

Manage project, design new products, ensure it meets the performance & schedule;

项目管理，新产品设计，确保在进度及性能上满足市场需求；

Audit potential suppliers with SCM and QE members;

与供应链及品质部门一起审核供应商；

Release engineering files;

工程文件的发布；
