工作职责:
Job Responsibilities: 1. Provides SAP helpdesk support on application Systems 2. Follow up and resolve on application support issues 3. Ensure issues to be fixed within service level 4. Prepare report(s) 5. Support on assigned project

任职资格: Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus or equivalent
2. 3+ years application support experience
3. Experience in supporting application on SAP, experience on supporting B2B, WEB or knowledge in ABAP / WEB technology is an advantage, especially experience on SAP SD & MM is plus.
4. Familiar with ITIL V3 and Service desk
5. Good communication in Chinese and English
6. Good team player and interpersonal skills 7. Good problem solving skills and quick learner
任职资格:
1. 计算机科学本科学历或信息技术相关的同等学历
2. 3年或以上的应用系统支持的经验
3. 有相关的SAP应用系统支持,对B2B,WEB或知识ABAP3经验/ WEB技术为优,特别是在SAP SD和MM模块有一定经历更佳
4. 熟悉ITIL V3和应用系统的服务支持运作
5. 能以中文和英语作良好的沟通
6. 团队合作精神和良好人际沟通技巧
7. 有独立解决问题的能力和学习能力强
