1. APQP：新项目APQP开发，制作PFD,PFMEA,以及开发过程中和量产后维护更新，CP 交叉检查，降低RPN

 New project APQP development, create PFD, PFMEA,etc documents and updating       regularly base on the project      progress,CP cross checking, RPN reduction plan

2. LAYOUT：根据年产量制定排拉图，人员数量和PPH，持续改进提升生产效率

负责装配线设计，并采购相关所有需要的工作台，流水线，电批，超声波焊等工具和设备

Define layout,process flow,operator quantity, PPH,cycle time balance and Continuous improvement

Design assembly line, and order all of the requirements,such as workbench,conveyor,screwdriver,US welding machine etc.

3.工装夹具：负责提出夹具的功能和防错要求，夹具可靠性验证及跟踪，开发新概念自动化工装

Assembly fixture：Raise the fixture requirements such as functional, POKA YOKE etc.

Fixture follow up and verification。Raise new concept requirements of fixture

4.包装检查:负责对包装工程师所设计之包装进行交叉检查并验证可靠性，找到最优之方案，基于成本和产品质量

Package checking: cross checking for packaging concept when packaging engineer finish it, need to consider for the best cost and quality

5.外购件:负责外购件打样和确认，基于成本和产品质量

BOP: BOP sampling and verification, supplier follow up

6.试生产:负责准备物料，工装，人员召集培训，工时测定;负责分析解决产品和过程存在的问题，负责样品打包和寄出

R&R: Prepare BOPs, fixtures, operators training, cycle time measuring; issues analysis, trouble shooting organize sample building and packaging, shipping

7. PPAP:负责整理和完善PPAP文件并提交,完成SOP，CP交叉检查

updating PPAP documents, create SOP documents and updating, CP cross checking

8.量产:量产初期负责指导和推动相关部门的工作，确保顺利过渡量产后持续改善

SOP:in the early SOP phase, guide others department, make sure they are fully got it, and Continuous improvement

9.其他：遵守公司规章制度，完成上级领导交待的临时工作任务；

Others: Comply with company rules and regulations, accomplish temporary work tasks from leader;

任职要求：

Job requirements:

1.大专或以上学历, 3年以上制程工程师相关经验;

 College or above, more then 3 years PE experience;

2. 熟悉TS16949，APQP 及 PPAP流程，熟悉PFMEA等工具运用;

 Know TS16949，APQP  ,PPAP procedure and PFMEA well

3. 熟悉装配制程和工装的开发，有较强的防错意识， 有自动化工装经验更佳 ;

  Familiar with  assembly process and assembly fixture development, strong error proofing sense, having automotive work piece experience is preferred;

4.熟练操作Office，AutoCAD软件 ；

 Familiar with Office，AutoCAD;

5.要求经过TS16949，APQP，PPAP及相关培训

  Trained of TS16949，APQP，PPAP ;

6. 英语读写流利，具备基本的听说能力；

   Fluent reading and writing English and basic listening and spoken  English;

7.服从上级领导的安排，保质保量按时完成工作任务;

 follow the arrangement of the leader, finish the work on time and guarantee the quality.

8.具有积极向上的团队合作精神，有良好的沟通，协调能力，并能承受一定的工作压力。
