职位职责：

Test design planner is small technical team leader of PTE team to lead the team success, who will be the owner of test process design, tester hardware & software design

Test design planner would be independent overall control test design/development project till MP hand over

Test design planner would be key person provide test design/development service to customer, deliver KPI/result to management team & over handle a small engineering group

General

- College above

- Experience on ODM/EMS/OEM industry, acoustic background is better

- 5 years working experience + 2 years team management above

- Independent handle project capability

Technical

- Experience tester hardware & software architecture knowledge

- Analyze product hardware & software mode, generate test plan or test specification

- Software background of Labview, Teststand, C, C++ or C# would be better

- Familiar with system/PCBA tester design stage & process

- DFT, GRR, CPK, 6sigma concept are required

- Technical data analysis capability for project decision making

Leadership

- Good leader skill to lead engineering team

- Lead a project success to meet management below KPIs & requirements

1. Project stage review

2. Issue tracking

3. Project readiness review

4. Project schedule review, milestone control

- Drive internal & external team for project output/results

Communication

- Major contact window of a project to internal & external team

- Both written & spoken English are required

- Independent con-call or host meeting with foreign customer is better

Teamwork/attitude

- Easy to co-work with internal & external team members

- Activate sense for project earlier involvement

- Take full responsibility of project

- Plan ahead for project activity
