Job responsibility:
· Oversee, manage and coordinate engineering related work at a daily basis
· Manufacturing process management
· Plan, improve current manufacturing process
· Supervise and manage engineering and process of new products
· Environment, safety and facility management
· Oversee and coordinate work safety policy implementation
· Oversee and coordinate environment policy implementation
· Oversee and coordinate plant facility policy implementation
· Lead and direct selection and purchasing of new manufacturing equipment
· Promote and coordinate the implementation of lean projects, TPM, 5S etc.
· Liaison with higher management and other PTS factories about engineering related matters
· Keep continuous communication internally and externally
· Engineering team performance management and development
· Develop and administer company fixed assets budget and departmental budget
·
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related subject
· At least 8 years’ experience of manufacturing engineering in multinational company, including 3 years as manager
· Good multi- project management skill
· Good team player with excellent communication skills
· Strong leadership and people influence
· Good at English both in writing and speaking
· Proficient in Microsoft office software
