岗位职责
1)负责全球薪资福利计划。
2)协助区域税务经理进行年度薪酬计划。
3)协助经理提供咨询服务,审查和发展当前的薪资福利计划。
4)根据其他团队成员的需求进行薪酬分析。
5)支持和与区域协调小组密切合作,开展项目管理和奖励活动工作。
6)和HR其他团队共同协作。
岗位需求
1)5 年以上 C&B 相关经验,
2)英语流利
Job Description
1)Contribute / support global compensation program.
2) Assist Regional TR Manager to conduct the annual compensation planning.
3)Assist manager with providing advisory services, reviewing and developing current C&B programs.
4)Perform analysis as requested by other team members in support of broader initiatives within TR function.
5)Support and work closely with Regional TR team on the project management and implementation of reward activities.
6)Coach, counsel and educate reginal iHR and other HR functions on C&B policies and practices
Requirement
1)5 years or above C&B experience
2)Fluent English
