+ Assist Head Quarter office with sample timeline follow up, achieving price targets, finding new piece goods and hardware 
+ Must have an understanding of price relation to product development 
+ Through understanding of cut and sew product constructions
+ Understanding design of hardware and other metal components
+ Ability to understand and read detailed spec package which include material information, trim details, sketches, detailed spec information
+ Communicate with factories at a regular basis to ensure proper development sample standards are met – design, construction, sample colours, quality 
+ Follow up with factories on regular basis to ensure sample timelines are maintained 
+ Work closely with factories to work on items to ensure a target pricing is meet. Ability to discuss construction changes/piece goods/hardware issues with factories to meet target pricing
+ Understanding and ability to work with synthetic and natural materials 
+ Go to local piece goods market on a regular bases to gather piece goods and hardware based on direction from head office
+ Able to work under tight timelines and group environment 

Requirements:

+ 2-5 + years experience in accessory industry 
+ English speaking
+ Must have working knowledge of cut and sew items - soft line goods
+ Working Knowledge of Excel
+ Adobe Illustrator knowledge is an asset 
+ Must be able to work flexible hours 
+ Must be able to travel within China
+ Ability to work in a team oriented environment 
+ Ability to multi-task 
+ Organizational and time management skills required
