岗位职责

1. Providing technical support in internal and external enquiries and projects.  This includes test protocol creation, creating and maintaining presentation materials, providing technical training to internal customers on the regulatory topics, etc.  Project management will also be required.(45%)

2. Researching, monitoring, studying and collating regulatory information related to chemical regulations in consumer products.  This includes drafting internal and external newsletters, producing factsheets and other outputs as required.  Research on non-chemical regulations and other countries may also be required as business needs arise. (30%)

3. All research information and project output must be maintained and updated on the appropriate Company database systems. (10%)

4. Supporting sales activities.  This includes providing technical training to external customers; giving seminars at public or Company events; and providing technical support during customer visits; etc. (10%)

5. Participating in internal technical meetings and discussions.(5%)

6.  nnovation and new business opportunities.(5%)

任职条件

Job Requirements 

1.Degree or above in Chemistry or other related disciplines. 

2.At least 3 years of experience in the field of chemical testing for consumer products for the EU and USA markets.  Experience in third-party consumer product testing laboratories is preferred, but an equivalent or relevant experience will also be considered. 

3.An excellent understanding and knowledge in the mandatory and regulatory requirements and their application in consumer product testing for the EU and USA markets.  An indicative knowledge scope include (non-exhaustive): REACH, RoHS, WEEE, POPs, EN, ISO, CA Prop 65, TSCA, ASTM, etc.  Experience and knowledge in additional markets would be an advantage. 

4.A strong interest in regulatory research, and experience and knowledge in conducting online regulatory research is essential. 

5.Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the EU and USA would be an advantage; however, ability to read and understand regulatory texts is essential. 

6.The working language of this position is English and therefore fluency in written and spoken English at a professional level is required. Proficiency in other languages would be an advantage.
