Responsibility:
1. Responsible for the reliability qualification of medium power supply projects
2. Oversee Project reliability and custom test activities from Kick off to RTM
3. DRI for Reliability function and contact point with Customer engineer
4. Managing the test team on site and conduct training/coaching
5. Managing REL test resource and test gears to meet NPI schedule
6. Attend NPI, design and customer meeting and conference call
7. Plan REL WF test resources, approve test plan, data pack and reports
8. Review FA data and design corrective action, verify solution
9. Support DOE, Post-Qual, Sustaining, ORT REL test programs
10. Willing to work OT and at weekends per project needs
11. Willing to travel to factories and suppliers for Technical support
12. Strong in Chinese and English, spoken and written
13. Strong problem solving skills and capable to work under pressure

Requirement:
1.Good communication Skills, CET 6 or above; English proficiency
2. Bachelor holder or above in EE; ME or Physics; Master degree a plus
3.10 years or above working experience in Power Supply industry
4.Familiar with environmental, mechanical and reliability test methods
5.Knowledge on SMPS design, high power product development
6.Strong team work, planning, problem solving and work Independently
7.Essential supervision & management skill.
