Job Responsibilities
1. Act and perform according to the Quality Policy; Design test programme for clients
2. Keep a professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
3.Strong inter-personal, communication skills: Communicate with customers/work groups and as main project/business coordinator for clients;
4. Handling projects within lead time: Review projects and prepare quotation/checklist/reports
5. Have a good knowledge for Buyer requirements and manuals & Key account management
6. Ensure the settlement of payment
7. Handle internal and external complaint
8. Perform other duties assigned by his/her Project Manager/Group Leader
9. Provide technical support to sales staff
10. Explain non-compliance points to customers
Job Requirements
1. University degree
2. At least has 2 years and above solid working experience.
3. Good sense of Customer Focus
4. Positive Spirit/Team Work Spirit
5. Honest, hard working and interested in learning
6. Fluent English/Chinese, both in reading and written
7. Computer literate
