岗位要求:
1、25 Years above with associate degree at least; major in Human Resources, Psychology or Management related. No sexuality requirement;
年龄25岁以上,性别不限,人力资源、心理学、管理学相关专业毕业,大专及以上学历;
2、Strong sense of confidentiality; good organizational and coordinating ability; work rigorously and carefully with responsibility;
保密意识强、良好的组织、协调能力,工作严谨、细致,有责任感;
3、Good at writing、expression and communication; strong affinity,proficient in English and have working experience in foreign company;
具有良好的写作能力,语言表达能力和沟通协调能力,亲和力强,英文熟练,有外企工作经验;
4、Good logical ability; sensitive to data and good at data analysis;
逻辑思维能力强,数字敏感度好,善于进行数据分析;
5、Master computer operation (office), especially EXCEL formula application;
熟练掌握计算机操作(office及办公软件),尤其是excel公式应用;
岗位职责:
1、Follow superior's leadership

2、Guarantee compensation accuracy, ensure the normal order of the wage distribution, ensure employee benefits according to the regulations to implement;
保障薪酬准确性,保证工资正常发放,确保员工福利按法规要求实施;
3、Ensure that personnel files is perfect, to ensure data accuracy.
确保人事档案、人事管理报表、薪资报表等工作的准确性;
4、Responsible for leading the end of the employee satisfaction survey smoothly;
负责主导年底员工满意度调查的顺利开展;
