岗位职责Job Description：

1. 负责所有产品的测试：包括机械、电气、功能和环境测试，设备的测试，程序和报告管理。Responsible for the success of the product test program; mechanical, electrical, functional and environmental tests, including test equipments, procedure and report. 

2. 负责与外部实验室联络及做测试，如UL等Act as liaison with outside laboratory to do tests, including UL, which can not be done in house；

3. 计划，实施和监督整个测试计划，形成对最终报告符合所有的要求，To plan, direct and supervise overall test programs, form request to final report and to ensure compliance with requirements;

4. 熟悉连接器和电缆组件的测试；Be familiar with connectors and cable assemblies；

5. 完成新产品和材料的质量认证测试Perform complete qualification testing of new products and materials;

6. 确保所有测试设备稳定和维护好测试设备Maintenance and calibration of all testing equipments in good condition;

7. 提供产品安全条例、应用要求和适当测试程序的建议Provide advices of product safety regulations, application requirements and proper testing procedures;

8. 识别出产品测试和替代设计降低成本的机会Identify opportunities for cost reduction of product testing and alternate designs;

岗位要求Job Requirement：

1. 大专以上学历，机械或电器工程专业毕业Mechanical/Electrical Engineering， college level

2. 3-5年实际实验室测试和管理经验3-5 years' related test operating and skills;

3. 了解连接器和电缆组件测试程序，知道军工产品规定，工业类和UL测试规定等 standard MIL, Industry and UL testing specifications etc;
