Job Description

岗位职责：

1、制定公司人力资源整体战略规划、完善人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程；

2、负责公司员工招聘、培训、晋升、解雇、考评等人事规章制度的建立和实施；

3、负责公司员工劳动合同的办理、员工关系及工伤相关事宜等；

4、负责公司各项人事管理工作的实施和解释，协助公司策划、组织各种活动。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，3年以上人事主管或人力资源部经理工作经验优先考虑，应届相关专业本科毕业生亦可；

2、了解劳动合同法，公司法，劳动保护法及其他人事劳动法规；

3、熟练掌握人力资源管理流程、熟练使用电脑及其他办公设备；

4、抗压能力强，具有亲和力，较强的分析、解决问题的能力，责任心强；

5、有制造行业经验者优先。
