Responsibilities:
Business creation to get revenue achieved, generate ARP wins.
Hunting, identify, acquire and develop new customers for company’s production plans.
Framing, develop existing assigned customer, whenever applicable.
Account management to enhance customer satisfaction.
To be the main customer interface, building good relationships on working levels across functions.
Driver of revenue management and growth of account assigned if applicable and escalation path in case of major logistics issues and quality incidents.
Sales/Business contract management to control and alert risk if possible.
Leader of negotiation of framework, purchasing, logistics,and quality contracts and consolidating yearly forecast and lead annual pricing negotiation and business related.
Lead LTA discussion/negotiation for strategic accounts.
Requirements:
8+ years related with EMS, industrial, automotive and medical electronics working experience for BD(business development),sales, account management or program management environment, at least 3+years sales experience.
Bachelor degree, preferably in engineering or business field.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Knowledge of business, commercial issues and new sales hunting.
Good sale experience in PCBA, box build, system integration and/or related products.
Outgoing and result oriented, proactive, systematic, accurate and reliable.
Flexible, strong & persuasive character and ability to listen.
Take repsosnbiltiy.
Preferably have own car.
