岗位职责:
1. Handle general inquiry & complaint from clients & other department’s colleague
2. Assist to achieve team's sales target
3. Manage and control projects and assure the test arranged correctly and reports issued timely
4. Assist sales to achieve sales target
5. Respond to enquiries in timely manner and provide proper service to client
6. Maintain client and improve client retention rate
7. Coordinate the projects with laboratory
8. Performs ad-hoc assignment as required
9. Improve personal capacity

任职条件:
1. College or Bachelor Degree holder.
2. At least three years relative working experience in third-party chemical lab.
3. Be familiar with related regulations/ directives/ standards/ methods of toys & children product and hardgoods.
4. Good understanding in quality and work flow  in chemical laboratories
5. Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese
6. Hardworking, self-motivated, and having a mind-set of team work
