Key Duties & Responsibilities
In Recruitment Area:
Provide recruitment solutions for positions at all levels and plan ahead according to manpower forecasts.
Conduct effective screening and interviews by devising a structural assessment tools and techniques.
Identify and establish target recruitment sources, develop and maintain hiring channels
Establish and manage a recruitment database for current and future candidates.
Collect and report data on hiring status and local employment market for management.
Ensure compliance with labor legislation on all aspects of staffing.
In Employee Relations Area:
Provide professional employee relation management activites/ functional support for company policy well implemented without compliance issue;
Company culture promotion, as well as employer branding ;
Ensure day to day communication with employees to saling positive message, prevent potencial risks, motivate & retend people.
Responsibility of Labor Union/employee representatinve topics, also manage relative team activites to improve employees' satisfaction.
Participate in ad hoc HR projects.
Qualifications & Compentencies:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience preferably with multinational company.
Previous experience specialized in Recruitment function preferable.
Good command of English, both oral and written.
Proactive, initiative, and good time-management.
A good team player.
