此职位在东莞爱格升精密电子有限公司驻东莞的办事处工作
工作地点为:东莞大道台商大厦(环球经贸中心)
Position Responsibilities:
1.Meet call quality and service level expectation for all incoming calls.
2.Provide update status on orders placed with Ergotron ,Inc.
3.Proof incoming orders for information accuracy and completeness.
4.Convertor enter all quotes and orders into Oracle with proper commission structure, lead times, customer information, accurate pricing ,discounts ,extra charges, and special instructions ,etc.
5.Assist sales people and/or reseller partners in putting together quotes for the customers when necessary
6.Provide production information for Ergotron and drop ship products to internal and external customers at tier one product support level
7.Provide information on product availability and pricing, shipment tracing, delivery information, etc.
8.Issue Return Material Authorizations to customers within the guidelines of the RMA policy. Follow up on outstanding RMA's
9.Assist salespeople on invoicing problems working with Accounts Receivable
10.Trouble shoot customer technical problems with installations within their expertise before transferring the call to Technical Support
11.Report, research and start corrective action for problems and complaints received from reps or customers . Enter cases into the computer.
12.Issue Call Tags as appropriate under the guidelines of the Call Tag Policy.
13.Contact drop ship vendors to determine order status, shipping information ,proof of delivery or for technical assistance on product as necessary
14.Provide freight quotes to salespeople based on the guidelines given from the Logistics Department.
15.Act as back up for sick, vacationing, or out of the office Customer Care Representatives.
16.Review and initiate Non-Standard Pricing Requests as necessary.


Position Requirements (Knowledge and Experience):
1.High school or GED required
2.One to two years of customer service experience
3.Two year post-secondary degree in business or related field preferred
