Job Responsibility岗位职责：
1.Project Development项目研发
1) Develop or modify software/firmware for new projects
负责新产品软件/固件开发或修改
2) Responsible for MCU/DSC peripheral circuit design and review
设计和检查DSP/MCU外围电路
3) Close cooperation with HW engineers to ensure on time deliverables with quality
与硬件工程师紧密合作确保产品按时、高品质交付
4) Develop simple GUIs for product debugging and communication tests
开发简单的GUI用于产品调试与通信测试
5) Generate FW validation test plan, and conduct tests according to the test plan
制定产品固件测试计划，并按照测试计划实施测试
6) Generate SW related design documents, including but not limited to specification, calibration manual, communication manual and flowchart In order to successfully finish the project on time
制定产品软件相关文档，包括但不局限于规格书、调校手册、通信手册和软件流程图，为了成功按时完成项目
2.RFQ and ResearchRFQ及研究
1) Assist Leading Engineer to finish RFQ,in order to get more project opportunities and gain technicall advantage over competitors
协助主任工程师完成RFQ去获取更多的项目机会并赢得对竞争对手的技术优势
2) Assist Leading Engineer to conduct research for new platform or technologies.
 协助主任工程师开展新平台或新技术的前期研究
3.Production support and FA support生产支持及坏机分析
1) Provide support to manufacturing facility for production ramp up
为新产品工厂生产提供支持
2) Perform FA from both field returns and the failure during DVT / EVT and Safety testing
对退回的坏机以及项目研发DVT/EVT/Safety测试中的不合格项目进行分析
4.Techinical Communication and Development Join technical communication meeting in department, in order to improve technical skill and to better finish the project
参加部门内部技术及经验交流，去提高专业技能以更好完成项目

Job Requirement任职资格：
1.Bachelor Degree or above in electrical, electronics or software engineering
本科或以上学历，电子工程或软件工程相关专业；
2.Power supply product related design experience for more than 3 years, at least 1 year in software design
三年左右工业产品的嵌入式软件设计经验，一年以上开关电源软件或硬件设计经验;；
3.Strong analytical and problem solving capability in embedded software design,familiar with MCU or DSP of MicroChip, Atmel, TI, freescale
熟悉MicroChip, Atmel, TI, freescale 等厂家的MCU或DSP；
4.Good written and spoken English are preferable
英语读写良好。
