Project Manager(项目经理)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage project development of power supply for mobile phone and portable products to
meet technical, cost and schedule requirement.
2. Develop and maintain project management system.
3. Interface with sales/marketing, R&D, cross function team on product development and product transfer from R&D to PE.
4. Provide technical support to sales and customers.
5. Maintain good relationship with customer and CFT.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree in electronics, mechanics or mechatronics or related majors.
2. More than 7 years of working experience in power supply or electronic industry or auto industry with at least 3 years project management experiences.
3. Be familiar with project management knowledge and process and able to manage & lead a highly skilled cross functional team to develop projects.
4. Be familiar with power supply or electronic industry and manufacturing process, quality and documentation system.
5. Be familiar with electronic product design and manufacturing process.
6. Strong leadership qualities, interpersonal & communications skills.
7. Good at Mandarin and English both in written and verbal.
8. Willing to work independently and work under pressure to meet targets.
