Job Target 工作目标
The Test Engineer works within a wide range of products (Sofa, furniture, household etc.) with the experts in the labs and expend its knowledge and skills to ensure that products purchased by CAFOM Sourcing can be legally export.
测试工程师负责杂货、家居等一系列产品的第三方测试工作，确保我们采购的所有产品符合所有标准并能合法地出口到国外。

Main Responsibilities 岗位职责
- Lead the test process for each product in range
引导并跟进每款产品第三方测试流程
- Evaluate reports from supplier accept or not, check actual product to verify when necessary.
评估供应商报告能否接受，必要的时候需要查看实际产品去判定。
-evaluate product and make test program according to EU mandatory requirement.
-根据产品以及相关欧盟地区的强制性标准评估制定测试计划。
- Responsible for the testing costs and monitor range cost cutting
测试价格的谈判以及测试成本的控制。
- Ensure the fastest leadtime for the tests to be successful.
确保产品在规定时间顺利通过所有测试
- Maintain an anticipatory, active and innovative solution-finding process and with the supplier for the product to become legal
及时预见测试中可能发生的问题，并预先做好应对措施，确保产品能及时通过所有测试。
- when test fail, work with lab and supplier to find solution quickly, lead supplier make correction in time.
当测试失败之后，与第三方以及供应一起找出解决方法，引导供应商及时给出解决方案。
- Proactively gather and transmit any changes and updates in the regulatory environment to all relevant parties.
及时记录反馈相关部门关于产品测试的进度及结果
- Feedback to French buyer on product compliance when necessary.
需要的时候跟法国买家直接反馈产品是否符合法律法规。
- Responsible for documenting test results and test reports
测试结果和报告的收集整理

Job Requirement 岗位要求
- 1 year related working experience with similar position or fresh graduate
1年左右相关工作经验，可考虑应届毕业生
- Be acknowledgeable on most house Household, Furniture standard such as EN standard, REACH, LVD, EMC, LED, RoHS,  other mechanical & chemicals tests, all legal and corporate norms and regulations, relating to import, sale, and use of all the home products.
了解各类家居产品的测试标准，包括一些EN标准， REACH, LVD, EMC, LED, Rohs以及机械性能测试、化学测试等,以及家居产品出口到欧洲的所有标准和规定。
