职位描述

Responsibility:

Solid foundation in consultancy sales fundamentals such as vision creation, prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development, client presentations and deal closing, ideally with the knowledge/experiences in project management. Account management include sales strategy,sales execution, project management and account growth plan. Proven track record in client management and new sales acquisitions.Experiences and successes in a quota carrying position ideally with MNC.

Qualifications:

-Master degree with more than 10 years working experience either in IT service or software industries.

-Strong industry knowledge

-Have very strong solution selling skills.

-At least 5-8 years of selling and quota carrying experience, above 3 years of people management experiences

-Be able to manage a challenging sales quota and experienced in multiple industry-specific IT solutionsin relation to relevantindustry

-Be aggressive in new sales development and can lead sales to pursuit new opportunities.

-Be able to travelfrequently to visit customers and prospects.

-Can-do attitude and team work spirit

-Mandarin / English speaking


KEY CHALLENGES:
• Be dynamic, creative and aggressive in new sales acquisition.
• Strategic thinking and planning on account management.
