Intraco is a value-added supplier for the distributor in the promotional market. We supply distributors with great promotional products via our assortments d-vice and usb-premiums. We server our customers all over the world and headquarter in Holland. 





Job Responsibilities :

1.Handling the day to day operations of the orders that including high quality of customer service, order follow up, shipment and complains.

2. To maintain the relationships between suppliers, clients and Internal by English mail.

3. Interact and work directly with our worldwide customers by English mail.

4. Develop schedule and monitor status of our orders from worldwide.

5. Liaise with the Internal and External to ensure the orders that can be completed

6. Handle ad hoc situations and documentation works as assigned

7. Assist in sample testing before purchase and collect feedbacks logs from clients

8. Participate in regular orders update and maintenance





Requirements :

1. Degree will be perfect.

2. English must pass TEM4, perfect in TEM8.

3. Attention to details, independent, organized, and high accuracy.

4. Excellent coordination and communication skills in English written.

5. Must be proficient in PC knowledge (including MS office and Internet)

6. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
