Responsibility
1. New product transfer
2. Designing, planning, implementation and control manufacturing systems including process documentation preparation, tooling, fixture & Jig design and management
3. Troubleshooting, solving practical problems.
4. Root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans
5. Productive improvement, Quality performance improvement, Cost reduction
6. ECO implementation and submitting
7. Designing auxiliary tooling, jig & fixture to aid manufacturing
8. Work on Design For Manufacturing (DFM) to cooperate with design team on design improvement of product.
9. Studying OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to improve equipment Availability, Performance and Quality.
10. Facilities Planning: Quantitative and qualitative approaches to problems in facilities planning and design, emphasizing activity relationships, space requirements, materials handling and storage, plant layout and facilities location
11. Process support & assessment for suppliers。
Experience & Education:
1. Requires a Bachelor Degree of Mechanics major, or Electrical major or Industrial Engineering major; Minimal 2 years work experience of manufacturing engineering (Production Industrial Engineering)
2. Be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
3. Be proficient in Iinterconnect, Connectors, Wire prepping, component prepping
4. Experience in lean techniques such as VSM, Kanbans, 6S etc.
5. Familiar with manufacturing methods needed for fabrication of sheet metal components and heatsinks
6. Experience in conducting a process FMEA and DFM analysis
7.Experience in SPC concepts, implementation and use
8. Familiar with Soldering - IPC 610 requirements including repair, solder techniques and defects
9. Be proficient in utilization of AutoCAD, Microsoft office etc.
