Further, as Assistant Manager in Production you will:

• Be in charge of all production actions in related to safety, quality, productivity and volume.

• Improve the production efficiency through Lean.

• Ensure product quality align with ISO standard

• Make sure safe operation in production all phases and continue climbing the safety ladder

• Be responsible for people management in regards to performance, talent review and personal development.

Who we are looking for

We would like to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following:

• Master degree in mechanical/authomation related majors with 2 to 3 years’ work experience in manufcturing industry.

• Excellent analyzed skill.

• Knowledge of manufacturing, manpower planning and organization set-up.

• With an international mind-set and inclusive behaviour. Oversee experience is preferred.

• Strong desire to lead a team.

• Proactive and passionate about driving result and being a team player

• Profound in executing quick and difficult task.

• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
