Degree graduate or above in Electronic Engineering.
Min. 3 years productdevelopment + 2 years management experience.
Understand professional audio& mixture& amplifier product development processes and stages.
Understand EMS manufacturing processes and DFM.
Good leadership to manage the whole Engineering team including electronics, mechanical, firmware and software engineers and technicians as well as Development QA.
Good English in both reading and writing. Fluent oral English.
Good communication skills to discuss and work directly with customers and able to work smoothly with other departments internally
Play the role as the technical window contact with the customer, collect customer’s demand& expectation to the products and drive the delivery of the solution.
Overall manpower and resource management; including priority setting.
Assign projects/tasks to engineers per specialty/skills areas.
Ensure projects/tasks to be delivered on time and quality expected per customer/CBUrequirements.
Continuous improvements on technology capability of staff, quality of work, training and technology programs.
Promote proactive communications between Engineering staff, PM, DQA and other operation departments.
Setup and enforce staff discipline; including “5-S” guidelines and work attitudes etc.
Setup Engineering Systems, Design rules, Flows/Procedures and Guidelines and ensure all engineers (incl. CAT, CBU/NPI) in the company understand and follow the systems.
Lead research projects for core technologies.
