- Organize and manage daily office works
- Organize business trips: reservation of hotels, flights, train, car rental…
- Translate documentation, correspondence and meetings
- Organize and manage proper filing of documentation
- Follow up of administrative applications
- Assistant sales documentations preparation
- Prepare meeting minutes
- Manage office supplies
- Follow the schedule of GM
- Prepare GM meetings (room, project, etc)
- Prepare monthly/weekly operations, meetings, and BG meetings, presentations.
- Manage GM administrator documents(leave, etc)
- Do the tasks assigned by N+1 from time to time.
