研发项目流程管理

1.对接客户，各大主机厂需求

2.转换需求给内部研发团队，项目节点管理，项目管理，准时交付

3.英文口语要求简单读写，能跟法国总部用英文做项目汇报

4.客户的其他研发相关事宜

5.能适应紧急出差

Mission:

-Be responsible of the Design / R&D in the development of P1 project, in permanent link with customer R&D department.

-Coordinate R&D contributors working on the project.

-Participate to meet QCD objectives of the P1 projects while being responsible or key contributor of the activities defined in the PM Handbook.

Responsibilities:

Quality

- Reinforce design robustness of the product to meet the project quality requirements.

- Improve application of CIP / PM Handbook in his/her project.

- Improve usage and level of theoretical simulation.

- Realize and maintain the R&D project file.

Requirements:

- Above college education major in electronic, software or automation etc.

- More than 3 year experience in the field of hardware or software or electronics development

- At least one year experience on leading project development for R&D projects

- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
