招聘专员的主要工作职责:汇总和核对用人部门用人需求,实施招聘,管理招聘渠道,并提供相关招聘报表。
The main duty of the recruiter is to know headcount requirements of various departments, implement recruitment, manage recruitment channels and make relevant data report.

Check headcount application form, update recruitment progress chart;
1. Confirm position budget.
2. Communicate with department manager;
3. Follow up approval process;
4. Collect approval email and form.
Recruitment
实施招聘
1. Communicate with demand department about JD;
2. Post JD on recruitment website and update every day;
3. Looking for candidate and give candidate phone interview;
4. Recommend suitable candidates to demand department;
5. Arrange F2F interview for demand department and follow up;
6. Negotiate salary and onboarding items with qualified candidate;
7. Make offer and JD acceptance for candidates;
8. Follow up offer approval process;
9. Coordinate to arrange new hire on-board activity and make welcome letter for new staffs;
Background Research
背景调查
Survey candidates background through various channels.
Accomplish other task from superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
任职资格
1. College’s Degree
2. 3 years’ experience in recruitment field of medium-sized foreign company
3. Good written and oral English
4. Have good implementation and communication ability
REQUIRED
任职要求
1. Familiar with recruitment management and operation procedure
2. Familiar with all kinds of interview skills and recruitment channels
