Essential Duties & Responsibilities主要工作职责:

 Assume a leadership role in responsibility for manufacturing quality, productivity, and cost;

在承担生产质量，生产效率和成本的责任方面发挥领导作用；

 Investigate inefficiencies, develop and justify solutions, and implement on budget and on schedule;

调查效率低下，制定并验证解决方案，并在预算内按期实施；

 Develop one-piece pull manufacturing processes by utilization of the Manufacturing Bridge in Lean Product Development (LPD);

通过利用发精益产品开发（LPD）开发中的制造业桥来发展一体式拉动生产工艺；

 Develop and maintain a solid foundation of standard work in all areas to identify waste and opportunities for continuous improvement - Visualize information flow in workshop: production plan, productivity, quality defects, OTD & EHS;

现场可视化信息流：生产计划，生产效率，质量问题，及时交货率&环境健康安全；

 Lead KAIZEN projects to reduce wastes in production and keep continue improvements;

领导改善项目以降低生产浪费并持续改进；

 Lead new products launch project to well prepare all factors for assembling: labor, skills, training program, standard works, materials flow, information flow, visualization, tools & equipment, etc. ;

领导新产品的发起项目，合理准备所有装配要素：人工，技能，培训项目，标准工作，原料输送路线，信息流，可视化，工具&设备等；

 Work with manufacturing manager to develop multi-skill training plan to support long-run capacity development;

与生产经理一起发展多技能培训计划以保证支持产能的持续增长；

 Utilize Problem Solving tools, Poke Yoke error proofing, Visual Controls and Standard Work to meet Policy Deployment objectives;

利用问题解决工具，防误防错，可视化控制和标准工作，以达到战略部署的目标；

 Evaluate capital equipment requirements with Lean tools and prepare financial return justifications to support Strategic Intent (SI);

通过精益工具来评估资本设备的要求，编制财务回报的说明来支持战略意图（SI）；

 Design and prepare drawings of modifications to existing equipment, fixtures and tools;

设计并准备现有设备的修正图纸，装置和工具；

 Design fixtures (to facilitate single minute exchange of dies) and material handling devices (to support flow and linkage) that comply with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements;

设计装置（方便快速换模）和材料处理设备（支持物流和连接），并保证所有设计符合所有安全和管理的要求；

 Drive CI through effective leadership to meet the budget expectations;

通过有效的领导推动CI，以达到预算的期望；

 Improve finished goods inventory turns through SMED and other CI;

通过SMED和其他CI来改进成品库存周转；

 Drive CAPEX improvements for the LOP.

为了LOP推动CAPEX的改进。

Qualifications / Training / Skill Requirements资格/培训/技能要求:

 Strong Computer Skills, specifically Microsoft Office Products such as  CAD/Solid work/EXCEL/PPT

 Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Education Requirements学历要求:

 Bachelor’s degree in IE or mechanical related, master degree preferred

本科IE或者机械相关专业，研究生优先

Experience Requirements经验要求:

 8 plus years’ experience of IE in a manufacturing environment, tire manufacturing preferred

至少8年IE工作经验，轮胎行业优先

Physical Demands体能要求:

  100% hands on in the plant and office as needed.

100%在现场办公，办公室则视工作需要而定
