Roles and Responsibilities:

Culture Synergy ：

• Facilitate local engagement activities in line with annual plan and time schedule；

• Ensure HR diversified communication platform, including WeChat Platform, news letters, culture story sharing. Maintain the system and provide the insight & data analysis from staff pulse survey；

• Facilitate Gallup Engagement Survey analysis and impact plans, including Organization Mapping, Analysis Report and Impact Plans follow up；

• Be accountable for customizes CHO programs to meet unique business/function needs as appropriate.

Talent Acquisition：

• Be responsible for job posting & updates internally & externally；

• Be responsible for searching, screening and interview for some normal positions；

• Be responsible for the full cycle of temp staff & intern outsourcing, including negotiation with vendors, sourcing, interview and exit interview ect；

• Assist HRBP to complete staffing reports, including turnover report, HC reports and OC；

• Ad hoc projects assigned by HR head.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education & Training:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or Management；

Relevant Experience:

• At least 3-year relevant experience in MNC with Culture Synergy & Talent Acquisition function；

• Business sensitive；

Skills/Specific business Knowledge:

• Good communication and analysis skills, with high sense of priority, responsibility and confidentiality；

• Good interpersonal skill；

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin；
