Roles and Responsibilities:
Culture Synergy :
Facilitate local engagement activities in line with annual plan and time schedule;
Ensure HR diversified communication platform, including WeChat Platform, news letters, culture story sharing. Maintain the system and provide the insight & data analysis from staff pulse survey;
Facilitate Gallup Engagement Survey analysis and impact plans, including Organization Mapping, Analysis Report and Impact Plans follow up;
Be accountable for customizes CHO programs to meet unique business/function needs as appropriate.
Talent Acquisition:
Be responsible for job posting & updates internally & externally;
Be responsible for searching, screening and interview for some normal positions;
Be responsible for the full cycle of temp staff & intern outsourcing, including negotiation with vendors, sourcing, interview and exit interview ect;
Assist HRBP to complete staffing reports, including turnover report, HC reports and OC;
Ad hoc projects assigned by HR head.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education & Training:
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or Management;
Relevant Experience:
At least 3-year relevant experience in MNC with Culture Synergy & Talent Acquisition function;
Business sensitive;
Skills/Specific business Knowledge:
Good communication and analysis skills, with high sense of priority, responsibility and confidentiality;
Good interpersonal skill;
Bilingual in English and Mandarin;

Personality:
Mature, creative, positive, diligent, and integrity.
