Position Title:
Implementation Manager – Global Strategic Customers
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Assist with tasks as identified by the Global Implementation Manager that need to be carried out.
2.Undertake projects autonomously as outlined by the Global Implementation Manager based on strategy identifications.
3.Verify with Account Owners, CRM’s and clients for actual service requirements for implementation.
4.Coordinate and communicate with GF operations throughout the network to ensure effective two way communication when gathering and disseminating during an implementation.
5.Follow up and comply with internal procedures to continuously improve overall communication flow between internal and external parties.
6.Work closely with CRM’s to support on-going implementation reviews of existing customers.
7.Flexibility to assist with ad-hoc assignments, dependant on the needs of the implementation team.
8.Ability to maintain the GF implementation SharePoint library as well as providing assistance for implementation requests from other GF regions.
9.Ability to design templates for use throughout the GF network.
10.Suggest ways to continuously improve the implementation process to improve not only effectiveness but also efficiency.
SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB:
Technical
Minimum 7 years’ experience in freight forwarding. Ideally with an operational background.
CW1 experience preferable.
Project management training.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Business
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work with reduced supervision on projects.
Independence with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, presentation and multitasking skills.
Human Relations
Ability to work closely with others.
Effective communicator with not only internal clients but also external clients.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
General work hours 0900-1800 with a one hour lunch break. Additional hours may be need to done dependant on the flow of work.
