1. 至少4年以上制造业相关管理经验，有大型项目管理经验者优先。

2. 英语听说流利，可作为工作语言；熟练掌握办公软件应用。

3. 具有高度责任心，乐观向上，善于沟通协调，能够凝聚团队成员。

4. 能够承受工作压力，以目标为导向，愿意身先士卒，具备较强的危机处理能力。

5. 具有较强项目管控能力，深具时间意识和成本意识。

工作主要内容

1. 负责项目跟踪，确保项目按计划完成，解决期间遇到的所有问题。

2. 负责与客户沟通，明确客户需求并合理分配任务；需具备一定谈判能力，预判客户不合理需求并沟通解决。

3. 定期汇报工作，与客户、团队内部、管理层保持有效互动。

Key Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above in business, management, MEP, optics etc.

2. At least 4 years work experiences in intercultural environment. Open-minded and willing to learn new exposed knowledge, culture and people.

3. Excellent written and spoken English. Able to use English as a work language.

4. Excellent skills in PPT, Work and Excel.

5. Strong capabilities in scheduling, time management and communication. Purpose driven. Able to prioritize work and troubleshoot emergency with a clear and calm mind.

6. Good responsibility, good teamwork spirit and positive. Able to face and handle challenges and pressure.

7. Western minded preferred.

JD

1. Secure project achievement by leading and tracking project.

2. Communicate externally with customers on a regular basis to understand the customers. Able to have an initial judgment and negotiate with customers when they are not reasonable.

3. Communicate internally with different departments, such as R&D, purchasing, production etc., to drive project progress. Able to give a direction to each department based on the customer’s requirement.

4. Design proposal drafting and revision.

5. Report to customers professionally on a regularly basis through emails, concalls, Excel documents.
