職位责任
•负责物件对象检测应用程序/软件开发
•使用Tensorflow和Python在PC / Ubuntu上构建机器学习系统
•针对不同类型的物件对象分类修改/定义机器学习系统
•负责准备和收集学习系统的培训数据
•负责开展培训和系统微调，取得最佳效果

•准备详细的软件和系统要求，设计和测试文件
•与客户，供应商和团队成员保持联络
•为产品营销活动提供支持
 

崗位要求
•计算机科学，计算机/电子工程学士学位或同等学历
•至少3年机器学习实践经验，包括物件对象辨認，人工智能，深度学习，计算机视觉或机器学习以及在算法开发（设计到实现）方面的相关行业研发经验，理想地开发计算机视觉解决方案与对象跟踪/检测的关系
•熟悉深度学习算法，具有扎实的物体分类经验，有参加机器学习竞赛的经验者优先
•在Windows，Linux和Android应用软件上有丰富的开发经验
•强大的C / C ++ / C＃，Java / Java脚本，Tensorflow，Python和数据服务器管理等
•将机器学习应用于计算机视觉问题
•用于物体检测和识别的研究和原型技术和算法
•开发强大的软件来集成多个传感器和跟踪系统
•用于跟踪，检测和建模的原型硬件和软件解决方案
•为人脸识别，物体检测，图像分类，图像搜索等提供算法模型支持
•负责图像视觉算法向手机终端的迁移和测试
•负责大规模图像数据集的预处理和挖掘
•熟悉软件系统开发流程和配置管理
•能够推动结果，并紧实的时间表
•深入了解软件开发周期
•良好的英文和普通话口语能力

Candidate selected will work and stay in Hong Kong(/Shenzhen) via Hong Kong Working Visa under Quality Migrant Admission Scheme

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for object detection application/software development;

2.Build up machine learning system on PC/Ubuntu using Tensorflow and Python;

3.Modify/Customize the machine learning system for different kinds of object classification;

4.Responsible for preparing and gather training data for the learning system;

5.Responsible for carrying out the training and system fine tuning for the best result;

6.Prepare detailed software and system requirements, design and test documentation;

7.Liaise with customers, suppliers and team members;

8.Provide support to marketing and product marketing activities.

Requirements

1.Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronic Engineering or equivalent

2.At least 3 years hands-on experience on machine learning for object detection,Artificial Intelligence, 3.Deep Learning, Computer Vision or  Machine Learning and relevant industry R & D experience in Algorithm development (design to implementation),Developing Computer Vision Solutions, ideally in relation to object tracking / detection

4.Familiar with deep learning algorithm, solid experience on object classification, experience in taking part of machine learning competition is a plus

5.Strong development experience on Windows, Linux and Android application software

6.Strong C/C++/C#, Java/Java script, Tensorflow, Python and data server management      etc

7.Apply machine learning to computer vision problems.

8.Research and prototype techniques and algorithms for object detection and recognition

9.Develop robust software for integrating multiple sensors and tracking systems

10.Prototype hardware and software solutions for tracking, detection and modeling

11.Provide algorithm model support for face recognition, object detection, image classification, image search, etc.

12.Responsible for the migration of image visual algorithms to mobile phone terminals and testing the tuning

13.Responsible for preprocessing and mining of large-scale image data sets

14.Familiar with software system development process and configuration management

15.Ability to drive for result and meet tight timeline

16.Strong understanding of the software development cycle

17.Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
