职责：

-通过将营销机会和客户需求转化为新产品和产品特点，推动产品战略；

-负责建立生产线、产品路线图、初步预测、成本目标和主要特点/效益；

-监督产品线的开发，以达到产品定位的主要目标(一般)以及具体细节、功能和成本(具体而言)；

-保持生产线逻辑，利用市场反馈以及销售和生产数据，使生产线达到业绩和业务增长的目标；

-管理开发团队的日常行动，以及驱动设计工作(内部或外部)，以便准确地执行对该生产线的设想；

-强烈的主人翁意识和热情，创造和推行有效的采购战略，使这一类别的目标一致；

-与团队成员进行跨职能协作，协同和赞扬跨部门协作举措；

-有能力跳出框框，通过头脑风暴积极参与；

-前往贸易展览、材料展览、经销商和与供应商合作跟踪市场趋势的旅行

-市场调查、竞争对手分析、销售分析、渠道分析等。

任职资格：

-本科学历，医学工程，医疗设备，IVD试剂相关学位优先。

-在实验室自动化和/或IVD设备产品方面有7年以上的产品管理经验；

-必须有市场研究方面的经验，并有能力确定市场的需要和需求；

-必须能够在各级组织中进行明确和有效的沟通；

-必须表现出强大的组织技能，能够以有重点但灵活的方式处理多项任务和管理优先事项；

-精通英语和普通话

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Product Manager drive and manage the product portfolio, product roadmap and product marketing. The Product Manager will need to determine the product strategy and roadmap that optimize the product portfolio that meet the customer needs and market demand, as well as to drive and work with different functions especially the product development team to develop products that are needed by the market.

The ideal candidate would need to be familiar with lab automation solutions (e.g. liquid handling platform/workstation, different type of IVD equipment etc.). Secondly the ideal candidate would have strong knowledge in the IVD体外诊断 industry (including IVD equipment, reagent, end users in hospital or laboratory etc.) so that the candidate will understand very well the market needs which would ultimately drive our product portfolio and development.

Responsibilities:

Drive product strategy by translating marketing opportunity and customer need into new products and product features;

Responsible for creation of the product line(s), product roadmap, preliminary forecasting, cost targets and key features/benefits;

Oversee development of the product line(s) in order to hit key targets for product positioning (generally) as well as specific details, functionality and cost (specifically);

Maintain line logic that will result in the product line meeting targets for performance and business growth using market feedback along with sales and production data;

Manage daily actions of the development team as well as drive design efforts (internal or external) so that the vision for the line is accurately executed;

Strong sense of ownership and passion to create and pursue an effective sourcing strategy to align goals for the category;

Collaborate cross-functionally and with team members to synergize and compliment cross-collaboration initiatives;

Ability to think out-of-the box and participate proactively through brainstorming;

Travel to tradeshows, material shows, dealers and partner with vendors to track market trends

Market research, competitor analysis, sales analysis, channel analysis, etc.

Qualification

Bachelor degree, medical engineering, medical equipment, IVD reagent related degree is a plus

Over 7 years of prior product management experience in lab automation and/or IVD equipment products;

Must have experience with market research and the ability to determine what market needs and demands exist;

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of organization;

Must display strong organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities in a focused but flexible manner;

Excellent command of both English and Mandarin
