研发总监是我们研发部门的重要职位，负责管理Aztech电子部门的所有项目。
岗位职责包括但不限于:
1、领导一个工程师团队，并通过最新的技术创新和概念，为指定的研发项目提供全面的指导；
2、积极寻求和推动新产品或新技术的开发，并改进现有产品；
3、能够选择性价比较高的原材料，制定成本控制策略；
4、管理产品的研发，项目进程，样品/原型机的研制以及最终产品；
5、与客户和供应商建立良好的关系，并做好日常维护；
6、需要亲自负责几个优先级别较高的项目；
7、做好适当的项目管理，监控和定期跟踪。

The R&D Director will be part of our Research and Development department in managing initiatives under Aztech Electronics Division. Duties include but are not limited to: 

1、 Lead a team of Engineers and provide overall direction of assigned R&D projects with latest technology innovation and concepts

2、 Actively seek and drive development of new products or technologies and improve existing products

3、 Identify cost effective raw material options and develop cost containment strategies

4、 Manage the development of products, processes, sample/ prototype development and final product

5、 Work to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers

6、 Will be personally responsible for several high priority projects

7、 Ensure appropriate project management, monitoring and regular follow up

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，电子电气工程、电气工程或相关专业；
2、具有8年以上电子行业的相关工作经验；
3、对新技术极感兴趣且明白市场需求；
4、保持重要的不间断的产品的开发和交付记录；
5、善于思考和分析，有敏锐的商业头脑；
6、在工作中能独当一面，并具有较高的excel驱动能力；
7、能接受出差。

Requirements:

1、 Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

2、 Preferably with 8 years of working experience in Electronics Industry

3、 Have great interest on new technology and ability to understand market requirements

4、 Significant, sustained product development and delivery record

5、 Analytical, strategic thinker, and resourceful with good business acumen

6、 Independent, and possess high drive to excel 

7、 Travelling required
