工作职责：

1、Drive business development initiatives, develop and maintain profitable business relationships and extend PCCW presence in the banking  and financial services sector

2、Identify and gather intelligence on client needs and requirements in banking and financial services

3、Work closely with sales team to set up client meetings, and identify, pursue and convert opportunities

4、Work with marketing team to ensure integration of marketing campaigns into the account strategy

5、Manage all reporting, targeting and knowledge management activities for the account regularly with China and Hong Kong leadership and industry teams

6、Coordinate client events and other marketing activities

职位要求：

1、University graduate with a minimum of 10 years’ business development experience. 

2、Understanding of the IT services & consulting and System integrator market, ideally gained from working in business development role within banking software vendor and global IT consulting. Knowledge of Global Banking is required.

3、Proven account management and project management abilities

4、Excellent communication and presentation skills

5、Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

6、Demonstrated success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing business opportunities

7、Sound understanding of and exposure to the banking industry

8、Experience in a client-facing Business Development role preferred

9、Effective networker with ability to understand client needs

10、Strong influencing and negotiating skills

11、English speaking skills is an advantage
